Just outside the bedroom is a spacious 30’x10’ sitting area with steps down to the yard, a large 12’ x 16’ open air dining area (with ceiling fan), recessed lighting, and a large custom-made dining table. The fully equipped kitchen can be left open to the dining area or closed off with wooden shutters.

The 1,350 square-foot 2 bedroom building offers privacy, a cozy outdoor seating area with a ceramic fountain and spacious decks. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, wooden closets and chest of drawers. One of the bedrooms has a built-in king bed and a day bed. The other bedroom includes a built-in queen bed and day bed, and a free standing queen bed. These bedrooms are separated by a shared full bath, and both have wide sliding glass doors which open out to the deck/sitting area.

Located in the center of the property, (situated between the two structures mentioned above) is the tiled roof Rancho. The Rancho is a 400-square-foot outdoor living area complete with wet bar and outdoor shower. The rear portion of the Rancho is sided with wooden lattice for privacy. It has built-in stucco benches with large cushions, and is perfect for spending a lazy afternoon around the pool and watching the sunsets. The rancho joins to the infinity edge swimming pool with a step down deck. Around the pool you will find wooden loungers and chairs to relax and soak in the spectacular ocean views.
